Legends|ASM Global is seeking a Cook Lead for the Long Beach Amphitheater, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high food quality and sanitation standards. The role requires culinary experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Summary

  • The Cook Lead is responsible for providing direction to the cooks on the production of all assigned menu items, ensuring that they are being completed in an efficient and consistent manner while following Legends’ specifications, recipes and technique and maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Maintains HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Must be available for Amphitheater Events and able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
