Job Summary

  • Interacts directly with pediatric patients, families and other health team members to facilitate age-appropriate interactions and activities to help make the health care experience easier for patients and families.
  • Provides supervision to volunteers, child life pre-internship students and child life assistants.
  • This position will support pediatric needs in the Emergency Department, and supports consults for children of adult patients on the ICU setting at Utah Valley Hospital.
