McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400; Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
At least 3 years of experience using SQL, Python, or a combination
At least 3 years of experience in financial services, banking or technology industries
At least 3 years of experience partnering with senior leaders
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major or MBA, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CFM
At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
