Job Summary
This role supports the Corporate Actions function for Global Markets, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
The Associate / Senior Associate plays a critical role in safeguarding client assets, minimizing Assets at Risk, and supporting the firm’s risk and control objectives.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily breaks and fails related to corporate actions and custody operations.
