This role plays a key part in enabling sound, competitive, and well-governed commercial decision-making across the full commercial lifecycle, with a strong focus on contract negotiation, commercial risk assessment, and risk management.
Review, redline, negotiate, and finalize customer contractual documents, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), NDAs, Framework Agreements, Consortium Agreements, and other commercial agreements.
Contribute to strengthening commercial rigor and operational excellence by providing structured, pragmatic contractual analysis and by supporting the business in making informed decisions.
