Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active state nursing license required
Current Basic Life Support certification
Pediatric experience is required
Flexibility to work every third weekend
Ability to perform venipuncture and IV insertion
Knowledge of pediatric pharmacology
Nice-to-have
Pediatric ER or hospital unit experience preferred
Positive attitude and customer service focus
Teamwork and professional communication skills
Pediatric Advanced Life Support recommended
Urgent care flow efficiency metrics knowledge
Key Requirements
Active state nursing license or compact licensure
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior pediatric nursing experience
Competency in IV placement and catheterization
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) recommended
