Job Summary

• Obtain warranty information from each country regarding customer dissatisfaction and component failures related to AD/ADAS, conduct on-site investigations with suppliers as needed, and identify causes and countermeasures for system improvement.
• Perform initial analysis of warranty information, considering accumulated vehicle and historical data, to identify the root cause of market issues and formulate improvement plans, collaborating with suppliers when necessary.
• Manage the overall improvement process by coordinating with responsible parties for the systems and components targeted for improvement.
