Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Director of ERP Systems to serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem, with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics, and own all system integrations.
  • Salary Range: $175,000-$235,000 annually plus annual performance bonus with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
