Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer directs the development, execution, and reporting of DELC’s approximately $1.5 billion-dollar biennial budget and establishes the policies, systems, and controls necessary to ensure effective fiscal management and stewardship of the agency’s public resources.
This position leads the Budget and Accounting Services unit, overseeing budget development, accounting, and financial reporting functions, and providing supervision to one subordinate manager with total oversight of 17 staff members.
