  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in resident condition, recording entries, and performing care tasks you have been trained to do.
  • The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and ensuring their comfort and safety while maintaining a positive and calm environment.
