Job Summary
Responsible for operational and financial management and oversight of a Practice, including promoting critical strategic initiatives, managing and monitoring financial performance, coordinating staffing and monitoring staff utilization, and assisting with the implementation of growth objectives.
Monitors staffing, utilization, and growth management across the practice, including recommending adjustments where necessary and reviewing all personnel changes in conjunction with Global Practice Director, Regional Directors, Office Directors and Sector Manager.
