Job Summary

  • Manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Consult on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues and identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures.
  • Support the organisation achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
