Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental care, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Measure and record vital signs, weigh residents, and monitor food/fluid intake, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
