Operate the process to meet the conditions specified in manuals/instructions Operate the process equipments at site in accordance with operation plan. Take measures to improve production status and equipment performance on productivity and quality after approval of shift senior technician Patrol plant process, confirm the condition of process and equipments and report disordered matter to senior shift technicians. Prepare and organised patrol records Take a sampling for analysis of products and process evaluation. Report all incidents, near misses, deviation from plan and take part in further investigation when required. Assist in coordination of daily maintenance planning, and participate in maintenance activities and shutdown/start-up of sections. Provide support for maintenance group /quality control group, if any problem arises. Work as shift Analyst , when designed by supervisors Perform the role as an auxiliary fire Fighter Experience in chemical plant. Possess basic knowledge of maintenance, chemical engineering and analytical procedures. Experience in operation via DCS systems is advantageous.
