Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing
GMP/GxP quality management systems
Project and vendor management skills
Proficiency in CMMS AutoCAD Microsoft Office
Ability to respond to facility emergencies
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with budget management and cost control
Ability to work flexible hours and on-call rotation
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
Experience in sustainable facility solutions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma plus 5 years facilities management experience
Preferred fields: Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
Technical certifications in building systems GMP or facilities management preferred
Experience with GMP/GxP requirements
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in English
Must be able to respond to facility emergencies within required timeframes
