Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
  • Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
