Job Summary

• Partner with the best as a North America Contracts Risk Manager, you will negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers while maintaining compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment for all North America region.
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally, providing leadership and strategic guidance in a matrix environment to drive optimal contract negotiation results and minimize risk through coordination with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
