The role requires active participation in developing policies, managing staff assignments, and leading quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents.
Candidates must possess a current RN license, at least two years of experience preferably in long-term care, and demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

Key Requirements
