Job Summary

  • The Executive Chef provides strategic and operational culinary leadership for all food production at Branson Convention Center in partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage.
  • This role requires maintaining health inspection scores of 90+ and Legends Safe audit scores of 95+ while overseeing banquets, concessions, and special events.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of four years of culinary leadership experience in high-volume environments and possess a Serve Safe Certification.
