Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner and report all accidents and incidents observed.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, and bowel/bladder care, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
