The Contract Manager will assist the Project Director/ Commercial Director with the proper interpretation and management of Client and Subcontract agreements.
Responsibilities include managing prime contracts and subcontracts, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, managing change orders, and facilitating dispute resolution.

Base: $200,000–$210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based discretionary bonus; Benefits: Group benefits and EFAP from your start date, with premiums paid by ACCIONA Health Spending Account

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
