  • Be responsible for the overall supervision and delivery of flight training activities in the assigned fleet(s).
  • Develop and monitor instructor training plans and liaise with Technical Services to ensure simulator data is current.
  • Create, maintain, and nurture a close relationship with the Training Center’s primary customers’ flight operations and training departments.
