  • Licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction

  • Knowledge of U.S. secured transactions (UCC Article 9)
  • Ability to manage cross-border legal matters

Nice-to-have

  • Canadian bar admission preferred
  • Familiarity with Canadian PPSA/RDPRM concepts
  • Experience managing external counsel effectively
  • Background in financial services law

Key Requirements
