  • This role leads the design and stewardship of Payoneer’s performance-management operating system, evaluating, reimagining, and elevating how performance and talent management operate across a global, remote workforce.
  • Responsibilities include designing and operating a full performance management system, leading talent reviews, driving promotion processes, developing job architecture, and scaling training programs.
  • The ideal candidate has personally owned performance management end-to-end for at least 2-3 years, built or rebuilt talent and performance management systems at company-wide scale, and navigated global rollouts.

  • Strong Learning & Development foundation (highly preferred)
  • Experience facilitating live workshops and manager forums
