Job Summary
Caterpillar is embarking on a bold digital transformation to revolutionize dealer systems with a modern ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Integration Services.
This role will lead a team of Deployment Consultants supporting Caterpillar Dealers and System Integrators in the Asia Pacific region for ERP deployments.
You will serve as a collaborative leader and liaison, developing deep working relationships between dealers, system integrators, and Caterpillar product and engineering teams.

Experience with Mavim, Leapworks, and Walkme
Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Strong understanding of customer service and support operations
Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365
Extensive experience in systems architecture, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365
