  • You will design and implement Total Rewards programs, including job evaluation, salary administration, sales incentives, compensation structure, benefits, local hired foreigner compensation, and executive compensation administration.
  • You will partner with North Asia HR and Regional Total Rewards team to align business‑specific needs with global TR strategy and manage external vendors to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
