Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10+ years progressive supply chain experience
3-5+ years leading multi-site operations
Expertise in SIOP and demand/supply planning
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel
Experience managing outsourced logistics networks
Nice-to-have
Master's degree or MBA preferred
APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification
Experience in complex machine assembly environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial disposition for transformational growth
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering
8-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics
