Job Summary

  • Calibrate and maintain ABB Robot Studio simulation environment for high-level robotic programming, implementation, and troubleshooting of paint processes.
  • Design and manage equipment predictive maintenance programs, support maintenance during repairs, and maintain all paint programming software and backups.
  • Proactively identify and correct issues with cycle time and robot collisions, support new equipment installations, and coordinate with external suppliers.

  • Experience with the use of mechanical and electrical tools
  • Experience with 3D math data and SolidWorks
  • Strong Knowledge of ABB Robotics S4P and IRC5 platforms
  • Strong knowledge of ABB Robot Studio programming
  • Strong knowledge of various network tools and troubleshooting
  • Ability to interpret fluid, pneumatic and electrical schematics
