Job Summary
Directs all activities for designated facilities within Food & Beverage Division, working within established policies and procedures to achieve financial, strategic, and service goals.
Responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring budgets, analyzing sales and labor costs, and overseeing food and beverage sales projections and budgets for assigned accounts and events.
Ensures that all assigned accounts, buildings, and equipment meet requirements of state and local health laws and internal regulations, and oversees recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
