Job Summary

  • The ServiceNow Engineer supports the configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, Service Catalog, Portals, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, and Customer Service Management.
  • Primary responsibilities include customizing and configuring ServiceNow, integrating with external applications, and working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • This position is considered essential and may require working during major catastrophic events, weather emergencies, or other operational emergencies, and may also require working evenings, nights, weekends, or different shifts for extended periods.
