  • 10+ years mutual fund compliance experience
  • People management and team leadership skills
  • Deep knowledge of SEC Investment Company Act 1940
  • Understanding of IRS Sub Chapter M regulations
  • Experience with SEC Form N-1A and N-PORT filings

Nice-to-have

  • FIS InvestOne platform proficiency including MBOR
  • Experience with automated compliance testing platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Ability to work outside normal hours during peak cycles

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related area
  • Prior people management experience required
  • 10+ years of mutual fund compliance or administration experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
