The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, have at least two years of experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong supervisory skills

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
  • Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses and CNAs in provision of care with prompt response to call signals.
  • Participate in development, maintenance and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
