Must-have
12-15 years experience in payroll accounting
General Ledger and Record to Report process
P&L and Balance sheet analysis expertise
Month-end closure and financial reporting leadership
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of D365, SAP BPC, and Blackline tools
Strong analytical and risk management skills
Experience mentoring reconciliation professionals
Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
Proactive approach to process optimization and automation
Key Requirements
