Act as a liaison between service centers and rewards services, managing escalated employee cases and administering the Businessolver benefits platform.
Maintain benefits communication and content, support regulatory and compliance activities, and coordinate periodic audits to monitor service provider performance.

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education
