This entry-level professional serves as a liaison with the local church and helps strengthen the local power, capacity, and resources of partner churches to protect children and youth in their own context.
Under the guidance of their supervisor or more experienced facilitators, this facilitator is responsible for nurturing relationships with partner churches characterized by mutual respect, trust, and service that builds the church’s ministry.
The role involves supporting churches throughout all phases of the program cycle, including needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while coordinating support from the Church Front Team (CFT).
