Job Summary
As a Customer Journey Expert, you will contribute to BMG becoming the bank which provides top notch services and products for customers in Netting and Cash Pool by leading customer journeys from design to implementation.
You will work closely with Product Owner, squad, UX, communication, and business representatives to design and implement product improvements driven by fact-based customer insights.

Current residency in the Netherlands
