Job Summary

• The Associate Director, R&D Data Modeler is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving enterprise data models that enable scalable analytics, AI, and regulatory-compliant data products across the R&D organization.
• Define and enforce enterprise modeling standards, naming conventions, and design guidelines, developing and overseeing governance frameworks that institutionalize regulatory compliance, traceability, and auditability.
• Mentor lead modelers and senior analysts, cultivating a center of excellence for data modeling and information management, and represent R&D data architecture at industry forums and conferences.
