This role requires proactively creating and implementing actionable HR initiatives that enable the enterprise to achieve its goals while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will lead the resolution of complex human capital issues, manage collective bargaining activities, and drive organizational change initiatives in partnership with site leadership.
