Job Summary

• The Senior Vice President, Corporate & Securities Counsel is responsible for leading and directing RGA’s public company securities compliance, complex corporate and capital markets transactions, and executive compensation matters.
• Serve as Assistant Corporate Secretary, supporting Board and committee governance processes for the publicly traded parent company, and oversees governance and management practices for its regulated and unregulated subsidiaries.
