Job Summary

• The Trainer Senior provides leadership and mentoring to their peers to create alignment in approach as the team perpetuates a culture of superior service and high performing frontline teams through training and onboarding new employees in the operational areas of Select Health Member Services, Claims, Pharmacy Services, Appeals and Grievances and Sales.
• Responsible to lead specialty trainings that support larger products, plans, and initiatives and act as a subject matter expert who ensures higher-level curriculums are at an optimal place while ensuring caregiver success and contribution toward company strategies and key performance indicators, and performance guarantees.
