Job Summary
The HVAC Mechanic III is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, servicing and operations of the HVAC systems and associated equipment at the Universities at Shady Grove.
This position is considered “Essential Personnel" subject to 24-hour 7 days/week span of operations, with after-hours service calls expected.
Candidates must possess a current MD HVAC journeyman or higher-level license and a CFC (Universal) Certification.
