Job Summary
Own the development, validation, and refinement of test assets and processes across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, collaborating with design and manufacturing partners to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable production testing.
Drive the technical execution of mechanisms and integrated assembly testing, providing technical leadership in workcenter development and hands-on support to the shop floor to address test issues and drive improvements.
Analyze test data to evaluate assembly performance, identify discrepancies, and lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, ensuring seamless execution of manufacturing test processes.
