The Specialist, Learning & Development is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing effective training programs that enhance workforce capability, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.
This role partners closely with operations, engineering, quality, and HR teams to develop training solutions that meet industry standards and organizational needs, fostering a culture of operational excellence and employee growth.
Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing and facilitating training programs, creating and maintaining training materials, managing onboarding programs, and implementing systems for tracking training completion.
