The Reference Lab Manager is responsible for working closely with Reference Laboratories and IT to ensure all tests are reported in a timely manner and to assist physicians with questions regarding tests sent to other Reference Labs.
The role requires maintaining laboratory procedures, equipment, and processes to aid diagnosis and treatment, while adhering to CLIA compliance requirements and managing laboratory supplies.
