Job Summary
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Responsible for patient care tasks including vascular access evaluation, dialysis treatment initiation and discontinuation, vital signs monitoring, and documentation of treatment parameters.
Supports infection control practices, participates in quality improvement activities, and assists in patient education and transitional care to enhance patient outcomes.
