Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures for a variety of advanced etch tools including AMAT, Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini & LAM.
Perform preventive maintenance, use SPC charts and FabGuard FDC software to evaluate tool performance, and document maintenance activities.
Assist Equipment Engineers with upgrades and improvements, work with process technicians on wafer recoveries, and coordinate downtime with Manufacturing Leads.

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree or higher in engineering or science
Minimum 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience
Experience with advanced electronics and equipment troubleshooting
Ability to read schematics and complex drawings
Physically capable of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
