Key Requirements
PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from accredited college
Current state licensure as Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
Completion of PGY2 residency OR PGY-1 plus two years experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or Red Cross
