Job Summary

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties.
  • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s) and maintain various heating, cooling, and distribution systems.
