Job Summary

  • Railserve is a leading provider of in-plant rail switching, transloading, and material handling services operating at over 75 locations in North America.
  • This position is responsible for operating locomotives; interpreting train orders, signals, and rules; transporting freight; and ensuring timely, correct switching and placement of railcars.
  • The schedule consists of 12-hour switching shifts per day on a rotating schedule with operations 7 days a week.
