Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2 years Collections or Default Servicing experience
  • Knowledge of Loss Mitigation options
  • Understanding of FDCPA and Privacy Act laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with FiServ, ALS, CACS, COMIT, and ACE systems

Nice-to-have

  • Foreclosure and Bankruptcy experience preferred
  • REO experience preferred
  • Ability to evaluate customer situations without judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
